There are games and simulations on tons of topics. Some of the games are easy enough for early elementary aged children, while some are geared to more advanced topics. Through these games you can learn things like what is a blood type, how the immune system works, what are X-rays, how is malaria cured, what is DNA, understand insulin and diabetes, what are conductive polymers, what is genetic code, to name only a few.[/text_output][image alt=”” href=”” title=”” info_content=”” lightbox_caption=”” id=”” class=”” style=”” src=”1065″][image alt=”” href=”” title=”” info_content=”” lightbox_caption=”” id=”” class=”” style=”” src=”1066″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][vc_btn title=”Launch Site” style=”flat” color=”black” align=”center” link=”url:http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nobelprize.org%2Feducational%2F|title:nobel%20prize%20education|target:%20_blank|” button_block=”true”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row inner_container=”true” padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px” border=”none”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][share title=”Share this Post” facebook=”true” twitter=”true” google_plus=”true” pinterest=”true” email=”true”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][custom_headline type=”center” level=”h2″ looks_like=”h5″ accent=”true” id=”” class=”” style=””]Find more resources in the same subject area.[/custom_headline][the_grid name=”science”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Free 3D Software Autodesk 123D Design

[vc_row inner_container=”true” padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px” border=”none”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][text_output]If you are new to 3D modelling and still want to learn your way around it, Tinkercad is a very useful tool. But soon you will want to do more than the basic stuff and design intricate work. And then you will need a more powerful tool than Tinkercad.

Autodesk 123D Design is the next step.[/text_output][text_output]serious 3D modelling with autodesk 123D Design[/text_output][text_output]Autodesk 123D Design is from the same developers as Tinkercad. So the transition is really simple. The interface also looks familiar to those who have worked before in Tinkercad.[/text_output][text_output]3D modelling with autodesk 123D Design[/text_output][text_output]You will need to download this software on your computer, it is not browser based. You can also find many tutorials on the site. You can explore others projects to find inspiration. You can also download pre made 3D models to use in your projects. And one of the best ways to learn serious 3D modelling is to download 3D models and start modifying them.[/text_output][text_output]P.S. Learn how to make a Dodecahedron (what????) in Autodesk 123D Design.

V8 Working Paper Engine Model

[vc_row inner_container=”true” padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px” border=”none”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][text_output]Engineer Aliaksei Zohlner is super talented when it comes to making tiny paper models of engines that really work.

Take a look at this working V8 engine model made entirely with paper and “some scotch tape on valves to eliminate friction” and runs on compressed air. Super cool![/text_output][text_output][/text_output][text_output]and here is the throttle model made with paper for this engine.[/text_output][text_output][/text_output][text_output]and here comes the complete prototype vehicle.[/text_output][text_output][/text_output][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row inner_container=”true” padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px” border=”none”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][share title=”Share this Post” facebook=”true” twitter=”true” google_plus=”true” pinterest=”true” email=”true”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
